Main Functions:    

1. Strong Current Hunting Mode

1). Turn the transmitter to the "Live" position to enter the strong current hunting mode. At this time, the power indicator is always on. Use the three-prong power cord or alligator clip wire in the accessory to connect the neutral wire and the ground wire.

2). Turn the receiver knob clockwise to turn it on, adjust the sensitivity of the received signal to the maximum, short press the "SCAN" button, the indicator light will be red, use the receiver probe along the wall or the exposed power line path, when the receiver receives the signal , the receiver emits a "beep beep" sound, and the receiver signal light is red to indicate the signal strength. The stronger the received signal is, the louder the sound is, and the more lights are on.

In this way, the approximate orientation of the cable can be quickly located.

3). After determining the approximate orientation of the cable, reduce the sensitivity of the receiver appropriately to accurately locate the position of the target line.

Note: Adjusting the sensitivity through the knob is only available for the strong current line hunting mode.

2. Network Cable Hunting Mode

1). Turn the transmitter to the "SCAN" position to enter the network cable hunting mode. At this time, the power indicator light is always on, and connect one end of the network cable to be tested to the RJ45 network cable hunting interface of the transmitter.

2). When the receiver is in the network cable hunting mode, short press the "SCAN" button again, the indicator light turns green, use the receiver probe to approach the cable, when the receiver receives the signal, the receiver emits a "beep beep" sound, In this way, the exact orientation of the cable can be quickly located.

3. Circuit Breaker Hunting Mode

1). Plug the Transmitter(Socket Tester) into the related socket of the test line and apply power.

2). Short press the "Socket" button on the receiver, when the red indicator light is on at the Socket button, it means that it is currently in the circuit breaker hunting mode; when the receiver is close to the circuit breaker of the distribution box, the target circuit breaker can be judged by the sound of the horn.

4. NCV Test Pen Function

1). Short press the NCV button on the receiver, and when the NCV button lights up in red, it means that it is currently in the NCV test pen mode; when the receiver is close to the socket or the live wire, the receiver will make a "didi" sound, according to the prompt tone Determine whether the target line is live.
