Because we have our account: it allows you to quickly check out the process, allowing you to easily view order status and order history to receive more promotions and offers about us.

Please trust us that we will source from large, well-established factories with a proven track record of good performance and ensure that they have proper QC (quality control) processes in place. Additionally, we will inspect the products to ensure that the ones we ship are of high quality.

However, especially with new products on the market, unforeseen defects may occur. In these cases, please provide us with timely feedback, and we will communicate with the factory promptly to ensure continuous improvement and deliver to you the best version of the product on the market.

If an item is missing from the order, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve and communicate with you promptly.

All orders are processed and shipped by our warehouse on time. Please allow additional time for your order during the holidays and sales season. We process orders between Monday and Friday. The order is processed within 2-3 working days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. If you do not receive tracking confirmation within 5 working days from the date of completing the payment, please contact us.

If there are after-sales problems caused by the quality and style of the product, they must be submitted within 7 days after the receipt is signed, and contact us as soon as possible. We need you to provide the order number and corresponding product images or videos to prove the product defects, so that we can handle them faster. Returns without a receipt may be rejected. Veeddy reserves the right to refuse.

Please contact us so that we can change your email address. We may change your email address, name, and address, but we cannot change your order.

We accept PayPal payments from all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). You can also make payments through bank transfer.

We reserve the right to accept or reject the order or any part thereof at our sole discretion at any time after receiving the order, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or credit card authorization. If the credit card has been authorized to purchase and the order has been canceled, the original payment method will be rolled back to the credit card.

Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed after your order has been processed or shipped. Please confirm your address before shipping the order.

The delivery time is based on the shipping option you selected. After the order is shipped, we will email your tracking information the next day, as tracking information is typically available 72 hours after the order is shipped.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information via email. Typically, you will receive the tracking the day after we ship. You can track your orders here.
